German design, German process and a proprietary casting formula — manufactured in a 30,000 m² plant. This is the engineering that makes import-class accuracy repeatable on a HALLERBS line.
How does HALLERBS build its machines? Every HALLERBS specialty machine and machining center is built on one flagship engineering platform: a proprietary German casting formula with honeycomb-and-cross ribbing, four independent cooling systems, a standard hollow oil-cooled ballscrew, an FEM-analyzed high-rigidity structure (1 invention + 3 utility patents), a 72 m/min motion platform reaching 0.005 mm VDI 3441 positioning, and a 14-point precision inspection protocol on every machine. The core technology and casting formula were bought out from the original German Haller.

The foundation of accuracy is the casting. HALLERBS uses a proprietary casting formula with a trace-element composition inherited from the original German Haller, paired with honeycomb-and-cross internal ribbing for maximum stiffness-to-weight.
Heat is the enemy of precision. HALLERBS controls thermal growth at every source with four separate cooling circuits plus a standard hollow, oil-cooled ballscrew — for world-leading thermal stability on continuous lines.

Every structural member is FEM-analyzed and optimized before it is cast — protected by 1 invention patent and 3 utility patents. The result is a frame that holds tolerance under heavy cuts.
No HALLERBS machine ships without passing a 14-point precision inspection — the same protocol whether it's one unit or a full automated island.
e.g. 1300 mm table flatness held to 0.010 mm; squareness and parallelism verified across travels.
Spindle-taper radial runout measured to 0 at the spindle nose — the reference for every cut.
Laser-verified to VDI 3441: 0.005 mm positioning, 0.004 mm repeatability on the flagship platform.
HALLERBS pairs German engineering DNA with a modern China manufacturing base — an in-house R&D team building seven core product systems, with long-term strategic cooperation with Siemens.
