What is the HL-V856S? The HALLERBS HL-V856S is a versatile, high-rigidity vertical machining center with 800 × 550 × 600 mm axis travel, a 1000 × 550 mm worktable and a BBT40 spindle running to 8,000 rpm on a belt drive delivering 13.5 kW and 250 N·m of torque. Rapid traverse reaches 48 m/min on all three axes, and positioning accuracy is verified to 0.008 mm under VDI 3441. A hollow ballscrew, FEM-analyzed casting and Siemens 828D control (FANUC and Mitsubishi also available) make it a dependable platform for pump bodies, cylinder blocks and heads, valve bodies, filter housings and calipers.

The HL-V856S combines a high-rigidity FEM-analyzed casting with hollow ballscrew technology and four-quadrant thermal management to deliver consistent accuracy across long production runs. Its generous 1000 × 550 mm worktable and 600 mm Z-travel accommodate a wide variety of part geometries, while the BBT40 spindle and arm-type ATC keep setup times short.
